MTK® Pipe Clamps
KS 015 Rubber Lined Pipe Clamp With Combi Nut product image

Rubber Lined Pipe Clamp With Combi Nut – KS is a high-performance steel clamp with electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish, designed for the secure fastening of PVC, PE, PP, cast iron, steel, and copper pipes. Equipped with a dual-thread combi nut (M8/M10), it allows fast and flexible installation while the high-quality rubber lining (55±5 Shore A) provides effective vibration absorption, noise reduction, and reliable temperature resistance from –50 °C to +110 °C. The combi nut design offers installation convenience by enabling use with different threaded rod diameters, making it a versatile choice for modern piping systems. Manufactured from high-quality steel with electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish, the clamp ensures durability, corrosion protection, and full compatibility with C-profile channels and common installation systems.

Operational range –50 °C to +110 °C

Installation and Maintenance

Positioning of Hangers and Clamps:
In the first step, clamps and hangers are placed along the pipe route and temporarily fixed. To ensure correct positioning, attention should be paid to the project drawings and the slope of the pipeline.

Pipe Placement
Once the clamps are in place, the pipes are positioned onto the clamps and securely fastened by tightening.

Tightening and Inspection:
After all pipes are installed, the clamps should be tightened using the appropriate torque values. The balance and slope of the pipeline must be checked. Installation instructions may vary depending on the application.

Maintenance
The tightening torque of the clamps should be checked periodically. If any deformation or loosening is observed on the pipeline, immediate action should be taken. In environments with a risk of corrosion, regular surface cleaning and maintenance are required.

During installation, the connection surfaces must be clean and dry.

Application Areas

Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.

Sanitary Plumbing and Building Services
Used to support hot and cold water lines, drainage connections, and general mechanical pipework in residential, commercial, and public buildings. The rubber lining prevents direct metal-to-pipe contact and helps reduce vibration and structure-borne noise.

Heating, Cooling and HVAC Systems
Suitable for heating circuits, chilled-water lines, fan-coil connections, and other HVAC pipework where secure fastening and vibration damping are required.

Mechanical Rooms and Service Shafts
Used in plant rooms, service shafts, and technical areas for fixing steel, copper, cast-iron, and plastic pipes in accordance with the project’s spacing and load requirements.
