Unlined Pipe Clamp With Combi Nut is a high-performance steel clamp designed for the secure fastening of PVC, PE, PP, cast iron, steel, and copper pipes. Equipped with an M8/M10 dual-thread combi nut, it enables fast, secure, and flexible installation while providing compatibility with both M8 and M10 threaded rods. Without a rubber lining, it is an economical and practical solution for applications where vibration and noise insulation are not required, including water distribution systems, gas pipelines, HVAC installations, sanitary plumbing systems, and general mechanical services. Manufactured from high-quality steel with an electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish, the clamp delivers excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and full compatibility with C-profile channels and standard installation systems.

Material and Coating
Body
High-strength cold-rolled steel, selected for its superior load-bearing capacity and long service life in demanding applications. The material ensures dimensional stability and mechanical reliability even under high stress conditions.
Standards
Produced in accordance with EN 10346 and ASTM A653 standards, guaranteeing consistent material quality and compliance with international norms.
Coating
Electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) coating, applied with advanced galvanization process, provides a durable protective layer against rust and surface wear. This finish ensures excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and indoor as well as outdoor environments. The coating also improves the product’s long-term durability, reducing maintenance needs and extending service life.
Mechanical Performance
The combination of cold-rolled steel body and electro-galvanized surface delivers a robust structure with high tensile and yield strength, ensuring reliable use in industrial, residential, and commercial piping systems.
Installation and Maintenance
Positioning of Hangers and Clamps
In the first step, clamps and hangers are placed along the pipe route and temporarily fixed. To ensure correct positioning, attention should be paid to the project drawings and the slope of the pipeline.
Pipe Placement
Once the clamps are in place, the pipes are positioned onto the clamps and securely fastened by tightening.
Tightening and Inspection:
After all pipes are installed, the clamps should be tightened using the appropriate torque values. The balance and slope of the pipeline must be checked. Installation instructions may vary depending on the application.
Maintenance
The tightening torque of the clamps should be checked periodically. If any deformation or loosening is observed on the pipeline, immediate action should be taken. In environments with a risk of corrosion, regular surface cleaning and maintenance are required.
During installation, the connection surfaces must be clean and dry.
Application Areas
Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.
Sanitary Plumbing and Building Services
Used to support hot and cold water lines, drainage connections, and general mechanical pipework in residential, commercial, and public buildings where rubber isolation is not required.
Heating, Cooling and HVAC Systems
Suitable for heating circuits, chilled-water lines, and other HVAC pipework requiring rigid and economical pipe fastening.
Mechanical Rooms and Service Shafts
Used in plant rooms, service shafts, and technical areas for fixing steel, copper, cast-iron, and plastic pipes in accordance with the project’s spacing and load requirements.
