Unlined Pipe Clamp With Nut (Set) is a robust steel clamp designed for the secure fastening of PVC, PE, PP, cast iron, steel, and copper pipes. Supplied as a complete set including a plastic dowel and hanger bolt adaptor, it provides quick and reliable installation in a wide range of piping systems. Its unlined design makes it an economical choice for standard piping applications where vibration and noise insulation are not required, such as cold and hot liquid distribution lines, gas pipelines, and general mechanical installations. Manufactured from high-quality steel with an electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish, the clamp ensures long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and full compatibility with C-profile channels and common installation systems.

Application Example
Material and Coating
Body
High-strength cold-rolled steel, selected for its superior load-bearing capacity and long service life in demanding applications. The material ensures dimensional stability and mechanical reliability even under high stress conditions.
Standards
Produced in accordance with EN 10346 and ASTM A653 standards, guaranteeing consistent material quality and compliance with international norms.
Coating
Electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) coating, applied with advanced galvanization process, provides a durable protective layer against rust and surface wear. This finish ensures excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and indoor as well as outdoor environments. The coating also improves the product’s long-term durability, reducing maintenance needs and extending service life.
Mechanical Performance
The combination of cold-rolled steel body and electro-galvanized surface delivers a robust structure with high tensile and yield strength, ensuring reliable use in industrial, residential, and commercial piping systems.
Installation and Maintenance
Positioning of Hangers and Clamps
In the first step, the pipe route is marked and the drilling points for the hanger bolts are identified according to the project drawings and the slope of the pipeline.
Dowel and Hanger Bolt Installation
The holes are drilled at the marked positions, and the plastic dowels are inserted firmly. Then, the hanger bolts are screwed into the dowels, providing a secure anchor point for the clamps
Clamp Attachment:
Once the hanger bolts are fixed in place, the clamps are attached by tightening the nut located on the clamp body directly onto the hanger bolt. This ensures quick and reliable connection between the clamp and the support point.
Pipe Placement
After the clamps are secured on the hanger bolts, the pipes are positioned into the clamps and tightly fastened.
Tightening and Inspection
All clamps should be tightened with the appropriate torque values. The slope and alignment of the pipeline must be checked to ensure proper installation.
Maintenance
The tightening torque of the clamps should be checked periodically. If any loosening or deformation is observed, immediate corrective action should be taken. In environments with a risk of corrosion, regular cleaning and inspection of the exposed surfaces are recommended.
During installation, the contact surfaces must always be clean and dry to ensure maximum grip and durability.
Application Areas
Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.
Sanitary Plumbing and Building Services
Used to support hot and cold water lines, drainage connections, and general mechanical pipework in residential, commercial, and public buildings where rubber isolation is not required.
Heating, Cooling and HVAC Systems
Suitable for heating circuits, chilled-water lines, and other HVAC pipework requiring rigid and economical pipe fastening.
Mechanical Rooms and Service Shafts
Used in plant rooms, service shafts, and technical areas for fixing steel, copper, cast-iron, and plastic pipes in accordance with the project’s spacing and load requirements.
