Installation and Maintenance
Positioning of Hangers and Clamps
In the first step, the pipe route is marked and the drilling points for the hanger bolts are identified according to the project drawings and the slope of the pipeline.
Dowel and Hanger Bolt Installation
The holes are drilled at the marked positions, and the plastic dowels are inserted firmly. Then, the hanger bolts are screwed into the dowels, providing a secure anchor point for the clamps.
Clamp Attachment
Once the hanger bolts are fixed in place, the clamps are attached by tightening the nut located on the clamp body directly onto the hanger bolt. This ensures quick and reliable connection between the clamp and the support point.
Pipe Placement
After the clamps are secured on the hanger bolts, the pipes are positioned into the clamps and tightly fastened.
Tightening and Inspection
All clamps should be tightened with the appropriate torque values. The slope and alignment of the pipeline must be checked to ensure proper installation.
Maintenance
The tightening torque of the clamps should be checked periodically. If any loosening or deformation is observed, immediate corrective action should be taken. In environments with a risk of corrosion, regular cleaning and inspection of the exposed surfaces are recommended.
During installation, the contact surfaces must always be clean and dry to ensure maximum grip and durability.
Application Areas
Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.
Sanitary Plumbing and Building Services
Used to support hot and cold water lines, drainage connections, and general mechanical pipework in residential, commercial, and public buildings. The rubber lining prevents direct metal-to-pipe contact and helps reduce vibration and structure-borne noise.
Heating, Cooling and HVAC Systems
Suitable for heating circuits, chilled-water lines, fan-coil connections, and other HVAC pipework where secure fastening and vibration damping are required.
Mechanical Rooms and Service Shafts
Used in plant rooms, service shafts, and technical areas for fixing steel, copper, cast-iron, and plastic pipes in accordance with the project’s spacing and load requirements.
