TFS 040 Rubber Lined Pipe Clamp With Coach Screw (Set) product image

Rubber Lined Pipe Clamp With Coach Screw (Set) is a complete fixing solution designed for the secure fastening of PVC, PE, PP, cast iron, steel, and copper pipes to concrete, masonry, and other solid substrates. Each set includes a rubber lined pipe clamp with coach screw and plastic anchor, providing everything required for fast, secure, and reliable installation. The durable rubber lining (55 ±5 Shore A) effectively reduces vibration and noise while protecting the pipe surface against mechanical damage. It provides reliable operating performance within a temperature range of –50 °C to +110 °C. Manufactured from high-quality steel with an electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish, the clamp delivers excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and full compatibility with standard mechanical fixing and installation systems. The complete set is supplied ready for installation, reducing installation time and simplifying on-site assembly.

Installation and Maintenance

Power Plants
In power plants, where systems operate under high temperature and pressure, reliable and long-lasting solutions are essential. MTK® clamps ensure high durability against thermal cycles and challenging operating conditions, providing uninterrupted performance in critical energy infrastructure. Their robust steel construction extends equipment lifespan and helps reduce maintenance costs.

Petrochemical Plants
Specifically designed for petrochemical facilities with aggressive chemical environments and extreme temperature fluctuations, MTK® clamps provide strong resistance to corrosion and chemical exposure. Their durable coating enhances protection, ensuring safe and efficient operation of piping systems even in demanding conditions.

Infrastructure and Construction Projects
For infrastructure projects requiring high load-bearing capacity, MTK® clamps provide a secure and stable solution with their solid design, effectively supporting and fixing piping systems in place. Their long-lasting structure ensures sustainable and safe use in projects. In applications where vibration and noise insulation are not required, the unlined design offers a more economical and practical solution. Particularly in high-performance projects, MTK® clamps deliver consistent reliability beyond standard levels, contributing to safer and more durable installationsPositioning and Drilling:

Determine the pipeline route according to the project drawings. Mark the clamp points on the wall, paying attention to the slope and alignment of the pipeline. Drill holes at the marked points, matching the diameter and length of the clamp’s hanger bolt.

Fixing the Clamp
Insert plastic anchors into the drilled holes. Screw the clamp’s hanger bolt directly into the anchor to fix it to the wall. Ensure the clamp is firmly secured in place.

Pipe Placement and Clamping
Open the clamp and place the pipe into the rubber-lined section. Close the clamp arms onto the upper part of the hanger bolt and gradually tighten the bolts. Make sure the pipe is securely fastened.

Tightening and Inspection
Check that all bolts are tightened evenly with the appropriate torque. Verify the slope and alignment of the pipeline. Ensure the pipe is not subjected to excessive stress during clamping.

Maintenance
The tightening torque of the clamps should be checked periodically. If loosening or deformation is observed, immediate corrective action must be taken. In environments with a risk of corrosion, regular surface cleaning and inspection are recommended. During installation, connection surfaces must be clean and dry..

Application Areas

Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.

Sanitary Plumbing and Building Services
Used to support hot and cold water lines, drainage connections, and general mechanical pipework in residential, commercial, and public buildings. The rubber lining prevents direct metal-to-pipe contact and helps reduce vibration and structure-borne noise.

Heating, Cooling and HVAC Systems
Suitable for heating circuits, chilled-water lines, fan-coil connections, and other HVAC pipework where secure fastening and vibration damping are required.

Mechanical Rooms and Service Shafts
Used in plant rooms, service shafts, and technical areas for fixing steel, copper, cast-iron, and plastic pipes in accordance with the project’s spacing and load requirements.
