Unlined pipe clamp with long coach screw is a durable steel clamp with electro-galvanized finish, designed for secure fastening of PVC, PE, PP, cast iron, steel, and copper pipes to concrete and solid walls. Supplied with an integrated long hanger bolt, it provides quick and reliable installation. Its unlined design makes it an economical solution for applications where vibration and noise insulation are not required, such as cold and hot liquid distribution lines, gas pipelines, and standard mechanical installations. Manufactured from high-quality steel with an electro-galvanized finish, the clamp ensures long-lasting durability, corrosion protection, and compatibility with common installation systems.

Application Example
Material and Coating
Body
High-strength cold-rolled steel, selected for its superior load-bearing capacity and long service life in demanding applications. The material ensures dimensional stability and mechanical reliability even under high stress conditions.
Standards
Produced in accordance with EN 10346 and ASTM A653 standards, guaranteeing consistent material quality and compliance with international norms.
Coating
Electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) coating, applied with advanced galvanization process, provides a durable protective layer against rust and surface wear. This finish ensures excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and indoor as well as outdoor environments. The coating also improves the product’s long-term durability, reducing maintenance needs and extending service life.
Mechanical Performance
The combination of cold-rolled steel body and electro-galvanized surface delivers a robust structure with high tensile and yield strength, ensuring reliable use in industrial, residential, and commercial piping systems.
Installation and Maintenance
Positioning and Drilling
Determine the pipeline route according to the project drawings. Mark the clamp points on the wall, paying attention to the slope and alignment of the pipeline. Drill holes at the marked points, matching the diameter and length of the clamp’s hanger bolt.
Fixing the Clamp
Insert plastic anchors into the drilled holes. Screw the clamp’s hanger bolt directly into the anchor to fix it to the wall. Ensure the clamp is firmly secured in place.
Pipe Placement and Clamping
Open the clamp and place the pipe into the clamp body. Close the clamp arms onto the upper part of the hanger bolt and gradually tighten the bolts. Make sure the pipe is securely fastened.
Tightening and Inspection
Check that all bolts are tightened evenly with the appropriate torque. Verify the slope and alignment of the pipeline. Ensure the pipe is not subjected to excessive stress during clamping.
Maintenance
The tightening torque of the clamps should be checked periodically. If loosening or deformation is observed, immediate corrective action must be taken. In environments with a risk of corrosion, regular surface cleaning and inspection are recommended. During installation, connection surfaces must be clean and dry.
Application Areas
Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.
Sanitary Plumbing and Building Services
Used to support hot and cold water lines, drainage connections, and general mechanical pipework in residential, commercial, and public buildings where rubber isolation is not required.
Heating, Cooling and HVAC Systems
Suitable for heating circuits, chilled-water lines, and other HVAC pipework requiring rigid and economical pipe fastening.
Mechanical Rooms and Service Shafts
Used in plant rooms, service shafts, and technical areas for fixing steel, copper, cast-iron, and plastic pipes in accordance with the project’s spacing and load requirements.
