Heavy Duty Pipe Clamp with welded head is a robust steel clamp with electro-galvanized finish, designed for the secure fastening of HDPE, cast iron, steel, and Wavin pipes in heavy-duty applications. The welded head construction provides extra strength and stability, making it suitable for carrying high loads and ensuring reliable pipe support in demanding environments. The clamp is equipped with a high-quality rubber lining (55±5 Shore A), offering effective vibration absorption, noise reduction, and temperature resistance from –50 °C to +110 °C. Manufactured from high-quality steel with an electro-galvanized finish, it ensures long-lasting durability, corrosion protection, and compatibility with common installation systems.

Installation and Maintenance
Positioning and Drilling
Determine the installation points according to the project drawings. Mark the clamp locations, ensuring correct alignment and slope of the pipeline. Drill holes that match the clamp’s mounting requirements.
Fixing the Clamp
Secure the welded head section directly to the supporting structure using appropriate anchors or bolts. Ensure the clamp is firmly fixed in place for maximum load capacity.
Pipe Placement and Clamping
Open the clamp, position the pipe into the lined clamp body, and close the clamp arms. Gradually tighten the bolts to achieve secure fastening without stressing the pipe.
Tightening and Inspection
Verify that all bolts are evenly tightened with the proper torque. Confirm the correct slope and alignment of the pipeline. Check that the pipe remains free of excessive pressure during fastening.
Maintenance
Periodically check the tightening torque of the bolts. In case of loosening or deformation, corrective action must be taken. For environments exposed to corrosion, regular inspection and surface cleaning are recommended.
Application Areas
Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.
Industrial Mechanical Installations
Used for heavy steel, cast-iron, ductile-iron, and HDPE pipework in factories, production plants, and mechanical rooms where high load capacity, secure fastening, and vibration control are required.
Heating, Cooling and Utility Lines
Suitable for large-diameter hot-water, chilled-water, and process utility pipelines, subject to the project’s load, spacing, and temperature requirements.
Infrastructure and Technical Facilities
Used in tunnels, utility corridors, treatment facilities, and large building-service installations requiring robust, corrosion-protected pipe support and reduced structure-borne noise.
