Heavy Duty Pipe Clamp With Combi Nut is a high-performance steel clamp engineered for the secure support and fastening of heavy-duty piping systems, including HDPE, ductile iron, steel, cast iron, and other industrial pipelines. Equipped with an M8/M10 dual-thread combi nut, it enables fast, secure, and flexible installation while providing compatibility with both M8 and M10 threaded rods. The durable rubber lining (55 ±5 Shore A) effectively reduces vibration and noise while protecting the pipe surface against mechanical damage. It provides reliable operating performance within a temperature range of –50 °C to +110 °C. Manufactured from high-strength steel with an electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish, the clamp delivers excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding mechanical strength, and long service life. It is designed to perform reliably under high static and dynamic loads while remaining fully compatible with heavy-duty support structures and standard installation systems.

Installation and Maintenance
Positioning and Drilling
Mark the clamp points according to project drawings, ensuring correct slope and alignment of the pipeline. Drill holes suitable for the threaded rod or anchor bolt dimensions.
Fixing the Clamp
The welded combi nut (dual-thread M8/M10) allows direct connection of threaded rods. Secure the clamps firmly to the rods.
Pipe Placement and Clamping
Open the clamp, place the pipe into the rubber-lined section, close the clamp arms, and gradually tighten the bolts to secure the pipe safely.
Tightening and Inspection
Verify that all bolts are evenly tightened with the proper torque. Check the slope and alignment of the pipeline.
Maintenance
Periodically check the tightening torque. In case of loosening or deformation, take immediate corrective action. In environments with corrosion risk, regular inspection and surface cleaning are recommended.
Application Areas
Structural Natural Gas Piping Installations
Suitable for supporting natural gas pipes in building and structural installations, subject to the project specifications, pipe material, design load, spacing requirements, and applicable natural gas installation regulations.
Industrial Mechanical Installations
Used for heavy steel, cast-iron, ductile-iron, and HDPE pipework in factories, production plants, and mechanical rooms where high load capacity, secure fastening, and vibration control are required.
Heating, Cooling and Utility Lines
Suitable for large-diameter hot-water, chilled-water, and process utility pipelines, subject to the project’s load, spacing, and temperature requirements.
Infrastructure and Technical Facilities
Used in tunnels, utility corridors, treatment facilities, and large building-service installations requiring robust, corrosion-protected pipe support and reduced structure-borne noise.
