Installation and Maintenance
Position the clamp around the PVC, PE, or HDPE pipe and attach the welded mounting bracket to the support structure through the slotted hole. Adjust the clamp position and alignment before tightening the fixing bolt. Ensure that the rubber lining is seated evenly around the pipe so that the pipe surface is protected and vibration transmission is reduced. Tighten all fasteners securely without deforming the plastic pipe, then verify the alignment, support spacing, and stability of the installation before the piping system is placed into service.
