Rubber Lined Reinforced Silent Pipe Clamp With Nut is two piece steel clamp equipped with a high quality acoustic pvc rubber to dampen vibration and structure-borne noise. The rubber provides excellent resistance to slipping and protects the pipe surface. It is particularly suitable for residential and commercial buildings where acoustic comfort and silence are important. Typical uses include heating/cooling lines and general plumbing where noise reduction is required . The clamp is supplied with welded nuts for fast installation on threaded rods or rails. With its corrosion resistant finish and rubber, it ensures long-term reliable performance

EN 10346, ASTM A653
Coating
Electro-galvanized (zinc-plated) finish – provides reliable corrosion resistance for indoor and outdoor applications.
Mechanical Properties
High yield strength and excellent load-bearing capacity for secure pipe support.
Acoustic Rubber Lining
Thick-profile TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) with integrated air chambers for superior vibration and structure-borne noise reduction.
Hardness
55° ±5 Shore A – optimized balance between flexibility, durability, and acoustic performance.
Function
Significantly reduces vibration and noise transmission while protecting the pipe surface against mechanical damage.
Optional Material
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) – recommended for applications requiring higher temperature resistance (+120 °C and above) and enhanced chemical resistance.
Temperature Resistance
Operational range –50 °C to +110 °C
Installation and Maintenance
Positioning and Drilling
Determine the installation points according to the project drawings. Mark the clamp locations, ensuring correct alignment and slope of the pipeline. Drill holes that match the clamp’s mounting requirements.
Fixing the Clamp
Secure the welded head section directly to the supporting structure using appropriate anchors or bolts. Ensure the clamp is firmly fixed in place for maximum load capacity.
Pipe Placement and Clamping
Open the clamp, position the pipe into the lined clamp body, and close the clamp arms. Gradually tighten the bolts to achieve secure fastening without stressing the pipe.
Tightening and Inspection
Verify that all bolts are evenly tightened with the proper torque. Confirm the correct slope and alignment of the pipeline. Check that the pipe remains free of excessive pressure during fastening.
Maintenance
Periodically check the tightening torque of the bolts. In case of loosening or deformation, immediate corrective action must be taken. For environments exposed to corrosion, regular inspection and surface cleaning are recommended.
Application Areas
Noise-Sensitive Buildings
Designed for residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, and other projects where limiting structure-borne noise and vibration is important.
Sanitary Plumbing and Wastewater Systems
Suitable for supporting drainage, wastewater, and general sanitary pipework while protecting the pipe surface and reducing noise transmission to the building structure.
Heating and Cooling Services
Used for heating and cooling pipework in technical rooms and occupied areas where secure support and improved acoustic comfort are required.
